ok took upper intake manifold off recently and put a 60mm throttle body on my S15 Sr20. Simple easy bolt on, well now when i start the car it is very hard to start when it does it revs up and down. I cleaned all grounds, and checked for vac/boost leaks. Any other ideas on what to check or is wrong? im stumped

Update ended up being the gasket where the upper and lower intake manifold come toghter
