I'm not sure if this was brought up or not, but did anyone else watch the "official d1 usa" english subbed version?

i speak japanese and the translations in that video were totally off. i'd say that maybe only a quarter of the subs were even close to what they were saying. the only other place i've seen translations that were this improvised was on "most extreme elimination challenge"

I'd go as far as to say that it takes away a lot from the non-japanese speaking enthusiasts. i hope next time, they'll find someone that will respect the language and original dialogue of option, instead of making it all up.

blahhh, I think they were trying to make it funny. That and sub-titles for the whole video that fast would of been a pain in the ass. take it like you would a movie like XXX or Torque. it was meant to be entertaining.
