S14 sr20det 1500 rpm cut

What's up guys, I've dug through decades worth of old posts hoping that someone has encountered this problem before with a resolution.

All my Nissan gurus any input would be greatly appreciated. Things already checked off and changed:
Knock sensor
Ecu coolant sensor
Maf ( tested with a known working one)
Ecu same as maf tested with a known good working one
O2 sensor swapped with a new one
Fueling on the car it has a new pump
Oem injectors where cleaned and tested
No codes present via Nissan consult.
Swapped the trigger disc with a known good one out of my car .

Its the maf. Its always the maf (its never the maf) lol

1500rpm cut = no maf to ecu

At the pigtail the maf is getting the sign ,power and ground
