What bulb gos in the low beam, got a pair of bick s13 silvia lights but they are missing the low beam bulbs.. thanks.

thanks, i was thinking h4 but did not want to go out and buy them and not have them fit.

They're not low-beam, they're actually lo/hi. The inner bulbs (closest to the grille) are some kind of foglight. Those are nice and bright, where the lo/hi, even on hi, are lousy.
