Whatever you guys do off-forum is fine, even when it comes to insulting members, mods or the forum. But I will_not allow you to advertise your radio show and your anti-zilvia and moderator bullshit here.
So.. have fun with your radio show. But stop posting links.

I listened to the show, and you two are deluded. First, you are lumping all admins and moderators into one category, which we aren't. Next, you are blaming moderators for what goes on behind the scenes. And finally, you are making blanket statements about us, and showing off your general lack of couth.
I was never in the military, so there goes that theory. I was also not even aware of the driftgirl thread, an admin did all the punishment, and even Mr.Meph caught some. And your definition of 'private forum' is assinine. A private forum does not mean that it's a secluded forum. A private forum means that one person owns it, and can do whatever he damn well wants. Yes, it is public, like the exterior of your house. Yes, you can write things on this forum, just like someone could on your house. And yes, the owner of the forum (or those he entrusted to do it for him) can erase whatever is written on this forum, just like you can paint over your house.
If you want to have an intelligent conversation and aire your grievances, you're free to do it on zilvia. However, accusing moderators of being nazis is not something that I am willing to deal with, and certainly not something I will allow to be advertised here.

I think it's funny when people cry about shit that they don't HAVE to be involved with.

Like when people bitch about their jobs. "My boss is a dick. I'm treated bad. I hate my job" QUIT. Noone's holding a gun to your head making you work there. Nor is there anyone holding a gun to your head and making you browse and post on this forum.

I'd also like to add that I don't know if there is anything behind all this that I may not be aware of and I'm not taking sides here, just stating an observation.

I suppose it is all in how you look at things, if you look at a forum as something by the poeple for the people then you might feel wronged, but that is not what it is, if you look as a forum as someon's private website that they let people use then if West feel like banning everyone who has the letter "A" in thier name then it is his right. or a better analory is that this is someone elese's house they let everyone come in and hang out but if they b reak a few rules, gererally piss them off, or the owner feels they don't like something they have all the right in the world to stop it and kick anyone out who they feel like at any time.

So.. guys. If you are getting pinked or banned, it's because you won't follow simple rules. It doesn't take much experience to realize that when RJF pinks people, you shouldn't bitch about it and have no real backup arguements. That's why I commented on it. If you took it as a personal attack... grow up. And you are confusing a democratic country with a totalitarian governed country. The later being what Zilvia is. A privatly funded 'public' board. If you don't like it, leave. Either way I'll still listen to your show.

What I should have said, was stay out of it if you have nothing to add.

Obviously nothing's going to change here, regardless of what myself or anyone says, but myself and anyone else, for that matter, can say whatever they want to, whenever and whereever they wanna.

Yea, you can say anything you like on this board. If you respectfully start a 'lets fire Jeff from moderating' thread, I'd let it go. If you thought that something was unfair and approached it in a well-planned, adult manner, I'd also let it go. I've apologized to people publicly, and unbanned users who members thought had recieved unfair punishment. I let a lot of people bitch and moan about practically anything.
Until you personally attack, threaten, or insult a member of the board. You were banned for a month for throwing out every defamation you could at a girl, and yet find zilvia at fault? You start childish arguements and call moderators something inflammatory, like Nazis. A few of your friends were outright banned for changing their sig pic to a swastika. And... then you have more fuel for your 'radio show' fire. Could you and them really not forsee the results of those actions?
Anyway, if you're about done here, I'll just lock this thread up too. Let me know. You don't seem to be using it to accomplish anything. If you are so upset, leave. There's half a dozen 240sx forums out there. Try getting FA to have a one-on-one conversation with a moderator. Nevermind each and every moderator.
I don't think users have it terrbily hard here. If you do, please, don't continue to 'live under [our] iron fist'. I'm sorry that somehow our moderators have the influence and the oppression to keep you from finding another forum.
