It seems the Hotshot header is a 4-1 header and the Pacesetter is a 4-2-1. My Engine is gonna stay NA like until it gives out, I wanted to know which one of these would be the best?

It depends on where you want to make power. The 4-2-1 design will produce better low-mid rpm results while the 4-1 design will produce better mid-high rpm results. So the decision is relative to your driving style...
