I have a 91 s13.
Where do i connect my ignition key light?
What are the colors of the wires that i connect it to?

You connect it to a 12V source that turns on with the headlights/accessories, any power source of your choosing and the other is ground. The colors of the wires you choose is endless. Just take a multimeter and start probing around.
