Hong Kong tea bar is my local Chinese cafe. They're Char Sui roast pork on soft fried noodles with Pak Choi is pretty immense. This was out last visit:

SOLLY'S in Milwaukee. It's considered one of the best burgers in the country. Numerous shows have been there recently and it's been talked about in different magazines.

What makes it amazing is the giant slab of butter they put on top of the burger after they grill it. It starts melting and then it just pours down and fills your plate with butter. Your whole bottom bun is soaked in delicious Wisconsin butter. It's SO much better then you can even imagine it being. Honestly.

Hamachi Kama is yellowtail collar/jaw. It is by FAR the best part of the fish, and it's probably my favorite food altogether.
