Haven’t really touched it in awhile, I finally put some fresh 100 octane in it, a new battery, and found my old GReddy intake. Decided to give it a quick polish and now I actually want to fit it back on somehow. Right now I’m waiting till next week to start painting the Kouki valences, wing, hood and get this car all once color and together. trying to put money away so I can start building my spare SR. Want to go with the HKS 86mm rod and piston kit as well on the stock block with some cams, dual BB turbo and a decent bottom mount manifold.

Woke up at 5:45 for whatever reason this morning and well, decided to throw the Kouki wing on, and the rear valences. Debating if I should paint the car myself or just pay someone to do the body work and spray the whole car.

smashed out an oil change this morning as well. I won’t be able to take it out to the Vegas drift event this evening as much as the car is actually ready for it due to work and time constraints but this means it’s ready to go for next month 🤙🏼 hopefully get some seat time in again!

HKS SR22det S13 Kouki Type-X build
Got tired of the straight pipe and buzzing ear buds every time I drove my car so picked up this HKS HI-Power for $60 and decided to give it a polish before I threw it on. Call me weak for actually running a muffler but I didn’t like all the attention it got from the noise, especially the cops. Only thing I dont like is how low it hangs.

Nice man looks good. I picked up that same muffler/exhaust for the same reason on my s13 silvia, an still sounds great. Wouldn't go back

I could be wrong but I think hes asking about the position of the headlights themselves. From what I see in the pictures, they're not aligned right and seem to be pointing vertically up too much. I would look into that.

Either way car is looking nice and love the exhaust. Been debating about getting a HKS myself.

Since I haven’t been able to drive the car on the streets due to expired registration and it being 115 degrees here I needed to do something to the daily so i wouldn’t go insane driving a stock car. Kinda splurged like really bad. I sold my spare Kouki blacktop then picked up airrunner struts and airlift v2 management. So much money, tbh I don’t regret it though.
