S14 unusual noise in rear

I've noticed that I have an unusual noise in the rear passenger. It sounds like something is rubbing or scraping. I notice it at low speeds, and will seemingly disappear when I apply some throttle. I don't think it's the wheel bearing...but I'm open to suggestions. I checked the caliper unseized any seized slider pins wheel isn't rubbing on anything and everything looks copacetic...

I'm lowered, the axles *appear* to be alright in the way that the boots aren't torn but could be worn out.

You sure it isn't the rear dust shield hitting the rotor?

When I got the car someone had removed it so I don't think it is that.
