215 or 225 stretch fine on 9's
I run 225's on 9's all day long with zero problems even air pressures below 20psi never de-beaded a tire. I have seen 205's on a 9 and I have personally mounted 225's on a 10" wheel for a customer and also 245/35-19 on a 10.5 so lots of people stretch with no problems. I think a lot more in japan also or check out '86 guys 185-195 on 8's and 8.5's or vw gti guys run crazy stretches. Lots of people do it with no problems but def. watch air pressure because when it gets low it will de-bead. |

meh, who cares if this is an old thread. He added decent info with pics!
