Take out the bolts, lift the assembly up, and look at the underside. should be pretty obvious which wire is power and which is ground. If its still not clear, take a match, light it, and drop it in the tank.

From top to bottom, Sending unit ground, fuel pump ground, sending unit power, fuel pump power. You are missing the separate ground wire for the sending unit assembly, which should be attached to the small metal disc below the fuel pump power wire.
