Finally replaced the O-Rings for the injectors, got the battery charged and turned it on to listen to her sing.
Ran super good for about 30 seconds, started bogging, and died. Let her sit for a minute and tried again. Held gas to the floor and she turned on after about a 5 second struggle. Blowing plumes of white smoke out exhaust and shut her off. I don?t know where to begin looking other than coolant lines in the intake manifold. Thought maybe I routed them wrong? Thought maybe it could be a bad headgasket (which I just installed) and tested compression; 162,163,158,158psi from 1-4 cylinder. The numbers are kind of low for a brand new headgasket.... Cylinders are all wet when I pulled spark plugs and shined a flashlight inside. Oil smells heavily of fuel. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Probly washed ur rings/ cylinder walls out from all the fuel in them
Change the oil, add 2 cap full of atf to each cylinders, start the car up and rev it to keep it running. Aslong as u dont have any other issuses keepn the car running, gotta try and reseat the rings.... You can youtube diffrent procedures on how todo it |

Did as told. Motor had a bit of a knock at first so I let it sit so the oil could at least settle and lube properly. Turned it on about an hour later and car ran fine. Minimal smoke, little to no knocking. Decided to give her a little stroll.... Car smoked through the entire drive. I?m guessing the rings are fried. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Yeah I?ve been starting it every hour or so to get the motor settled in. It?s just past midnight here in the islands, so I?ll be starting it first thing in the morning Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Dont just let it sit and idle. Gotta drive it. Variable loads for a decent time. Create good engine vacuum to help seat the rings. Also hope the pcv is setup. Good luck
