What is common between tail lights and windshield wipers?

I bought a zenki and got seller to take off a lot from hisbselling price, after i pointed out that tail lights and wipers dont work. Brake lights dont work either. But signals do work fine and license plate work fine.

Do they have a common relay or ground or switch?

Ok... So i found out that the tail lights and brake lights were unplugged.... However, when i plugged them in, lights came on with switch off.... So it seema to be drawing power from somewhere... I havent checked wheel wells yet....going to do so tomorrow but if i find nothing, what else can it be? Wiring wrong at fuse box? Relay?

Found that grommet is gone on one brake switch... Tested it and switch is still good...

Is it normal to have 2 switches?

One of them might be lockup switch (to turn off lockup) if you have an automatic the converter needs to unlock when you touch the brake pedal.
