take that plastic wrap shit off when you relocate on the driverside. if not, you're gonna have a pretty hard time putting the fender back on without deforming it.

Maybe some of you slammed guys can explain why my Teins won't let me tuck in the front. I have 3 threads left on the coilover and 2 fingers of fender gap WTF?
I got some suggestions from some other guys I have to look into but the rears also have 2 fingers of gap but at least 6 inches of thread. So I can drop the sh!t out of it after I swap out my wheels.

Actually, my friend had a problem with rubbing through the wire even when he had it tucked up into the fender. So, learning from his mistakes I just relocated the harness through the engine bay. There are like a 4 or 5 plugs on the steering column, and the ones behind the gauge cluster and one big one near the firewall. I just took the rubber grommet from the firewall off and pulled everything out, set it neatly along the fram rail inside the engine bay and plugged everything back up inside.

preload is the oppositte of droop. preload will raise the car as it compresses the spring under no load
droop is basically loose spring under no load. lowers the car because the car has to compress shock partially before it even comes to rest on the spring |
