Man after reading this thread last night I was super craving Ramen... But my father had already started making tacos.. I never pass up tacos..
Anyway
Today for lunch I decided to try the pan frying thing.. OMW I've never had such tasty ramen in my life. I didn't have anything extra to toss in it, not even soy sauce, but the roast beef flavor ramen I have and some vegetable oil, pan fried for a lil while (prolly too long actually it's kinda extra soft and such) just, wow.. haha. I'm going shopping later for other stuff I can start tossing in!
What types of oil do you usually pan fry it in? I'm not a big fan of olive oil so I was thinking of getting some peanut oil. Actually I think we have a 5 gallon jug of it for our turkey fryer, lol.

Just had to bump this thread to say the panfry idea is a damn good one. Tried it with some cisco spray oil (what I had available), sausage, and seasoning. Very good for a cheap eat IMO.
