s13 98 frontier engine in a 92 240sx?

What would I need to do to put a 98 frontier engine in a 92 240sx? I have the stock engine but the block has a hole through the block next to the mounts on both sides and a rod and what's left of a piston sticking out of the left side. The head seems to be ok (havent pulled it yet) intake and exhaust manifolds are fine. I will have the complete frontier motor and ecu from the frontier. I understand that the 98 motor will be OBDII but the internals should be the same with the exception for cams/timing and lack of a crank gurdle. Can I just swap the whole head, timing covers, and put on a crank gurdle for strength and oil pan? Will the power steering brackets swap over I know the frontier P/S is on the right side instead of the left like on the 240s. Any help is appritiated thanks!
