check your connections, and corrosion on the battery terminals, make sure everything is tight. check to see if your battery is faulty under a load test. check your relay/switch

Smack it with a wrench. If it starts, you need a new starter. If it doesn't check the other stuff mentioned above, but chances are you still need a new starter.

Do the easiest thing first.
Check your battery connections and check battery voltage and amperage. Charge if needed. Smack the starter repeatedly and try to start it. If it starts, your starter solenoid is going out or already gone. Replace starter.
