Here's my experience with them:

I decided to purchase a yashio factory cooling panel from them because I was thinking I could get it signed by some pros from D1. So I asked them if they could meet me at D1 to hand me the panel, they said it was fine since they were going to be there anyways. I emailed them many times stressing how important it was for them to bring it. So I get to D1 and receive their call " Sorry, I forgot to bring it." I was so disappointed, how many chances do you get to have pro drifters sign your cooling panel. I understand people make mistakes so all I asked for was a spin drift knob and one extra yashio sticker(already comes with one). They agreed. But denied the extra sticker.

I receive my package at the end of the week. I open it, see the knob and the panel, but not even one sticker. I email them twice, no response. Finally they reply "we made sure we put it in the box." Honestly why would I try to scam them for a lil sticker. Till this day all the emails I write to them get ignored. Customer service seems really good before you buy the product, but after you get treated like crap. I told them if they want to lower their company's reputation over a sticker ....fine.

Also when I purchased it the description of the panel said " includes one sticker", now if you check it, it has magically disappeared.

This is just my experience with them. Hopefully you have a better one. My advice, go elsewhere.

Man why tell us this, it was your special idea to get it signed so why should you blame them when you could have just order it a month or two in advance if it meant so much to you. And he did what he could to make it up to you including doing you a favor of bring down there to you, Screw the shipping company I want every company to hand deliver me all my parts. Damn you got 20 dollars spin knob instead of a sticker. They probly gave you free shipping to for the plate since it was their fault they forgot it. Your pretty sad for making a big deal out of a damn sticker,why don't you call yashio and ask them for a sticker. Honestly your ripping on a company because of such a small thing and they made it up to you in a reasonable way.

maybe your the problem and no companies should sell to you. You seem to be more problems than a yashio plate and sticker is worth.

honestly man, it's kinda unreasonable to have them bring you something at D1, considering how freakin crazy the numbers of people there were there. and then expecting lots of free stuff afterward, i would've told you you're crazy and refunded your purchase. should have just paid for shipping.

I'm just letting people know my experience. You say it's just a sticker, but if a company says that a product comes with something, it should right? No matter if it is a bolt, screw, or bracket or in this case a sticker.

seriously a sticker shouldnt be something to try to bring the reputation of a company down....that is just plain absurd and not worth the companies time....

heck, if i had a customer pester me about a single friggin sticker, i'd wouldn't want to deal with them if a sticker is this big of an issue...i'd blacklist the person for future purchases

Simply put, it's not just a sticker.

Too many flakey automotive companies on the market these days. Yes, it is their right to be flakey, but it makes them look like total idiots. Most likely, it's not the company that's so flaky. Just simply the lot of children running the company.

If you're going to run a business, and give someone your word, then do it. Don't dick around.

P.S. A real "Japanese Company" knows the value of a verbal agreement. Written, signed, dated, notorized agreements aren't even necesssary.

Be a true chink house, and get it together, and fess up to your mistake.

They agreed by email to deliver it. It's not that hard and not much of a trouble to do so.

IMO, if a company agrees to do something that they do not have to, they they should make good on their word or should have just said no. regardless if its a sticker or something of more value, they agreed to the responsibility of doing so. It sounds like they did what they could to make up the mistake and for that i commend them. I personally would do business with them if I were in your shoes. Dont get me wrong, there are definately a lot of shady shops out there and thanks for looking out.

That's what I feel. If they couldn't fine...just let me know. A simple " No" would have left me way more satisfied. Phase2motortrend was willing to get me a cusco panel on that day as well and I bet they would have stepped up.

How do you know that TF's shipment ended up not coming with stickers and that's why they couldn't give you any? Shit, even if they just didn't give you a sticker, who cares, it's a sticker! Only ricers care about getting stickers with their parts...

First of all, I do apologize for not bringing the Panel to D1, that was my fault, since I agreed to.
I have not ignored any of your emails, I have replied back all the emails you have sent me.
In compensation for the mistake, I gave you free shipping, free spin turn knob, and sticker as you requested. We found out later that non of the S14 panels came with stickers, so I took one out one from the display S13 panel one and included it with your panel. That is also the reason why we took it off the site. Only the S13 panels came with stickers.

this is pretty one sided.. im interested in what tougefactory has to say.. a lot of times the customer exaggerates.. although sounds like its still a small deal.. it is a lil unreasonable to ask that a co. that prolly has a lot of stuff going on during d1 would hand deliver your product.. whether they did or not.. you should understand that.. and that they really didnt have to give you free stuff to make up for it.. but they did. thats why you cant bitch about it being late.. or missing a free sticker.

edit. and theres tougefactory now. btw. im still gonna get my chargespeed kit from them when i have the cash.

1. shipping: This is something that was sent to me by ground, 6 days after I expected to get it. I wouldn't be paying for this in the first place.

2. sticker: Your website said nothing about s14 panels not comming with it. So I expected a sticker with mine. I don't know how I can verify that the package didn't come with one, but it didn't.
