I am getting a 95-98 soon, and these are what I want to get inside: 5spd, pwr windows & locks, sunrf, a/c, and basically all the extra stuff like that...Is this the SE model that I want to get then, or does the base model have these too?

Get the SE model. You'll get 5-lug wheels, an option of ABS and/or LSD. It's not a bad buy! Good choice.

not all SE models have the lsd, abs, and wheels.  all models have the power stuff, a/c, etc. sunroof is only an option on all models.

but, if you can find it, get an SE with lsd and abs.  cant go wrong with those 2 options

find the thread about what makes the SE so special.  It will cover the differences.  Basically, the base can't get the alloys or ABS/LSD and the SE gets a better suspension and options on ABS/LSD.
