Super Hicas Electrical Question

Hey guys, for reference sake, I drive a 91 240sx SE FB (with factory Super HICAS). Long story short, I want to be able to retain my HICAS for spirited grip driving, and also be able to confidently use it for drift. I'm planning to wire in a switch to toggle the HICAS system on / off, in essence creating a "drift mode" and "grip mode" function. My question is, is there a particular circuit I should be looking at wiring the switch into (currently planning on either the power circuit to the HICAS module, or a sensor input to fool the computer into thinking the system is malfunctioning, therefor disabling the system via fail-safe.)

Also, are there any adverse effects I'll encounter by disabling the system in this way?

Any help is appreciated!
