As some of you might have heard already john ritter passed today. Man i just saw this guy on TV a week ago too! I have seen three's company and man was that guy funny. He died of a heart attack i tihnk. He returned to TV a year ago on that 8 simple rules show i tihnk. but yea he was a great actor. so sad that hes gone now.

Rupured Aorta, main artery to the heart. He bled to death internally. I always liked his portrayal of the script writers intentions and generally feel he had a lot of people whole really loved him. It has been told that he brought "joy" to each and every set...and was gut wrenched at the situation with Susanne Summers because he cared about her as a person but knew he had to stay on the good side of the director/Producer/syndacate as well. He wound up producing, directing, doing plays on Broadway, starring in Motion Picture and television roles and writing.. he was also quite a comedian.

I would have wanted to see what else he would do in his older years but we can't. He will be sorely missed. BTW, Tex Ritter was his dad.

John Ritter was only about 54 too. still young. its sad i juss heard about iton a short news. i was shocked indeed. EVERYBODY remembers 3's company!

wat makes it worse is. he died on his 5yr old daughters bday

You don't see soul like that in music very often.

They'll both be missed.

Yea John Ritter was a great comedian. I suggest everyone check out Stay Tuned if you've never seen it.
