title transfer for jdm car in pa??

Hey, anyone familiar with PA's DMV policy when it comes to transferring a 10 digit vin car from another state?

Yeah, from what I hear if the car isn't federally legal you won't get a title in pa cause they check into that. I'm looking to get a r32 that's titled in another state, but its not federally legal and I know the risks associated with it, but I think the chances are slim that the feds will be knocking on my door. Anyone have any idea?

you should be fine. theres a few people in pa with some jdm cars. as long as its titled in the states and is older then 95 since im pretty sure no shops even check to make sure theres all emissions stuff on obd1 cars anymore...

you'll have no problem, im from Pa. my friend had an r32 last year and he never had a problem with transfer, insurance, inspection, ect. only thing he ever had problems with was the po po...they just kept trying to tell him it wasnt legal but he would show them all the paper work and then they would let him go. you'll be fine man.

there is an r34 gtr hiding at the dealer where im at.... lots of rumors as to why. iv heard of these getting crushed.... who knows
