I am looking for a room mate for December and on.
My current room mate is getting married and moving out.

The place is between Hollywood and LA.
1133 Ardmore #3, LA CA, 90029

Rent is $750 plus utilities, and $750 for damage deposit.
So $1,500.00 to move in.

Gated parking that works and is safe.
Washer and Dryer on site ($1 a washer, $1 dryer)
3 downstairs units, 2 upstairs.
Hardwood floors, high ceilings, pretty roomy.
utilities are gas and usually come to around $50 a month (no cable)
your bathroom is off the hallway and your room is at the end of the hall.

I work in the film industry and may be at work for days on end or home chillin for days. No working on cars and no big parties.
having friends over is totally fine, no 420 though. landlord lives upstairs and is very nice but old school Armenian.
My girlfriend stays about every night and is very cool as well.
I believe it will be month to month.
Very clean.
Xbox 360
split the internet.
right off Santa Monica and the 101.
you will need to meet with the landlord and have a chat, (he's old school, lol, and have a credit check)

Might not be a bad deal then.
Im thinking I might be moving out in about 6 to 8 months.
And it being hardwood, you should get your whole deposit back.

Crazy... My sister lives on Ardmore south of Santa Monica. I'm around there every once in a while...

Very good price for that area
if you're into bar hoping or going to check out bands there's no better place in LA.
traffic kinda sucks there though

But your right, theres not a more central area.
5 minutes to LA, 2 minutes to Hollywood, I hour to WSIR lol

Could my room mate choose a worse month to move out, especially in hollywood where half the city is saving there money to go home and no one is working in the entertainment industries this month.
