ok so i have a pignos front end and i want to take the headlight and motors out and take the stock hood off and i want to put a silvia hood and retro fit the lights with either camereo lights or projectors. whats the best route to go?

Best route is to get a real silvia front and not mess with that camaro wannabe crap looking front end "conversion". You could also look into supermade headlights if you're so set on this look.
