I wasnt there. Nor know who the supra driver was. Just because he crashed, does that make him a bad driver? I dont think so...everyone has a good day and a bad day. What if he is just learning? Take it easy man... |

wow, and I thought my crash was bad. I feel bad for my car and others who fell in the same fate. I thought I was the only one. For me, the fire inside me made me want to conquer that fear of the last track turn. I went several times after, trying to see where things went wrong. I was getting close and understood my faults. I guess its a pricey lesson. But damn that was fun!
I met a few cool cats out there. The brothers (one from San diego), Moraga, Richmond, SF, all the instructors, especially Henry, cause we hit the same spot. I felt his pain. I have to say great event. Looking forward for more to come. |

I was a little pissed, I did not get to drive at the event, there were a few spots open after about an hour (people too scared to drive next to the walls! ) or their cars were not running to well, That was a good off throttle track though, I just wish I could have ripped it, Oh well next time
Zach and Jeff did really well considering Zach could not even do a desent doughnut a few months ago to now he was ripping the 3rd gear shit!!! Good job guys The guy who hit the wall in the Supra needed to put his muffler back on and fix his misfire before even trying to drift, that kind of thing gets to me. |

my blk s14.
haha..^_^
my passenger side air bag...BOMB.. but....that was luck because when i change my streeling wheel to s15 i didn't connect the air bag well... so..... actually.. i was shocked too.. because i didn't hit anything.. only a bid touch with the hole in the track.. but....air bag bomb and bumper droped...*_*...windshield broken too haha.. ( two of the zip tie broke before the competition.. i was lazy to put it back on... maybe the reason..) anyway... that was a good experience for me... i never tried 2p drifting before.. JACKY CHEN.... Quote:

Thank you all for your support. I am very pleasantly surprised how much the drivers improved through out the day. I just hope people would remember what I told them in the driver's meeting that after this event they will have more confidence than ever. I heard there were some waiting in the lines in the morning, well I found out that drivers on the main course some how got into the line for the mini course and was waitng in two lines. Got to pay attention in the driver's meeting guys! Keep checking on www.NCDA.net for soon to be released info on 4th of July weekend event at Altamont Raceway.
P.S. A red floor jack was lost/stolen at the pits. Anyone with info on that please mail to [email protected] Thank you Todd |

i know a place..but it's only possible in their off-season.. Great America. I wonder if they would allow it. They have the biggest parking lot i've ever seen. Santa Clara PD uses a small section of it for motorcycle training.

omg, I love the how's my drifting sticker!! Covers up the scratch with style.
I don't think Great America would let us do anything there, I mean could you imagine GA officals having their parking lots filled with all thouse tire marks?

Thanks RPS13SH!!! I really needed those few secs to get going again! Too bad I spun out at the end. I was afraid that my intake pipes would come off again so I took the boost down during the last runs.
TJ is good driver, he deserved to win that one. Thanks for the support guys!
