SR20DET Wiring

Can anyone tell me the size of the starter solenoid wire(black/yellow)? Definitely thicker than 12-10AWG. I'm thinking maybe 8AWG? I'm doing a full chassis rewire and need to know the size so I can order it. Also the alternator power wire(white), it's the same thickness as the starter solenoid I believe.

just use a nice thick wire. No need to make it exactly the same size as factory. You could always goto a junkyard and cut one from a car to bring home. The solenoid does draw some current so make sure its good and thick.

Yeah, I used the thickest wire I could find at a local parts store. I used 10AWG, should be fine with that.
