It fit fine from what I recall, the trans tunnel required a little bit of... love you could say. But it wasn't an SR trans it was the stock trans with SR bellhousing. KA internals.

Hello!
I am located in phoenix but am in tucson pretty much every other weekend. Could help if needed. I have wanted a S12 for quite a long time. Almost bought a 86 Turbo S12 with a bunch of spare goodies in Tucson for $400 but ended up doing adult thing instead and paid a bill that wasnt super important... big regret for me. Best of luck!

I usually try to come out to Phoenix or Tucson to watch the drift events and try to get motivation to finish my 240. It's about 2 hours to Wild Horse in Phx and just over 2.5 to Musselman in Tucson. I haven't driven Musselman yet it looks so fun though I did ride in Mike Burn's 1jz hatch.
I really want to move to the phoenix area to be closer to the track, hopefully sometime this year. It's just difficult to find a place to stay and employment at the same time |

My s13 hasn't been up and running all year, but I frequent most of the meets in my ucf20 lately.
Speaking of AZ meets and s12's.. There is a meet every Thursday night in the northern most parking lot at Arizona State University (lot 59, off of Rio Salado road). The turn outs have been pretty impressive lately. Lotta douchery, but a bunch of quality stuff too. (A 2jz a20/30 celica comes to mind, mmmmm...) Last week I got to talking with a guy with an sr20 s12. Said his mom bought the s12 brand new and he's had it since he was 16.. Went on to explain that he did the sr20 swap 13 years ago! and been driving it ever since. Its immaculate. Its about 2.5 hours from Tucson, but if you're ever up in Phoenix on a Thursday night I would recommend checking it out. I hear the attendance is even better in the winter months. Hopefully my turd is back on the road by then. Probably not |

Sweet, I'll probably attend that meet in the winter months then because my car right now needs some tlc. ASU is only about a 25 minute drive for me so it would only make sense to check it out!
