s13 tranny grinds_have a welded_help

Last month I put in a new stage 1 ACT clutch because the old one was slipping. I also changed out the throwout bearing but I could not get the pilot bearing out so i left the stock one in.

The clutch was fine for a couple hundred miles (ACT reccomends breaking in period of 300 miles, I thought if it drive easy for the last 100 it would be okay with a welded). I put in a welded diff and it was okay at first. then it started making noise when i would change gears into second and a little noise in third.

While idling, if i press the gas and move the clutch pedal in and out simultaneously it grinds as well....

Any thoughts?
