Jack the car up making the radiator cap the highest point on the car.

Start the car with the radiator cap off and constantly fill the radiator keeping it full.

Sometimes jiggling and pushing on the radiator hoses will also help to force air out.

Make sure your coolant reservoir is full of coolant/water. You don't want the system sucking air back in.

When the car reaches operating temperature continue steps above until you can no longer fill coolant and place the cap on.

Let the car cool.

Repeat until air is no longer in the system.
