Hey how's it going guys I recently purchased an s14 and she came with tein ha coilovers but the coils are to small that it grinds so my question is that can anyone please let me know what size coils can I get for these coilovers thanks

Contact Tein. You can purchase their springs from vendors around here or directly from them.

Also, how the hell do springs "grind", do you mean bind? bottom out? Are you sure it's not your wheels hitting/rubbing the inner fender? Are you scraping the frame?

By the looks of it it seems like the springs r too small looks as if it has power by max springs and the diameter might be smaller?
