a TICK sound.. when i make a complete stop? anyone know what it might be?

It's Brakes not breaks. Did you just install some new pads? If so did you grease the shims?

actually sears installed them.. u think it should be just grease?

Take it back to them and tell them to fix their mistake. They "should" do it for free.
