i have a pair of front Q45 brakes, with pads and and new rotors they just have rust on them from sitting on the car for 4 months without driving it. The SS lines are sold so don't ask.

From a few months ago when i installed them. (I've literally driven 10 miles on them)

sounds good and yes they are direct bolt on, if your 4 lug just redrill the rotors and your good to go
