Hello Folks, i have a 96 S14 q´s with a open diff and a friend is selling me a VLSD from a RPS13, but i was wondering if that the vlsd will be a straight fit onto my s14?

any info would be appreciated, thanks!

I think the only thing u have to do is swap the diff cover

best way is to take your diff out and put it next to the s13 diff and spot the difference. it will work just have to make sure you get all necessary hardware for it.

It is a direct bolt in, but the difference between the S13 and S14 diff casings (pumpkins) is this: The S13 is a solid mount type where as the S14 has bushings that go on top and bottom of the mounts near the driveshaft.

You'll have to space that out to make sure that you don't have your driveshaft connecting to the pumpking at an odd angle.
