-KA24E (SOHC for noobs) Valve Cover Gasket has small leaks so my engine bay is dirty as fuck

-Alpine CD stolen along with Metal bracket for cd-player missing

-Tint on window is pealing like fuck

-Rust on both frame rails towards the front baseball sized

-Rust on the rocker panels (Needs sideskirts hehe).

-Heating is fucked (I went of the touge and went off roading since then my heat never turns off)

Picks sum it up pretty well. Broken Control arm, Broken tie rod, 2 wrecked tires, and that thing my friend is holding it bent at a 90degree angle when it' supposed to be straight.

4th ringland took a crap. Parted out the car, and bought a new one. The new one got caught in customs on the east coast. Now its going around to a port in Cali to be let in, then trucked across the states.

Blown shocks, a KA with 168K miles with spark plugs keeps backing out on their own, paint fading on the roof, numerous worn out bushings, and AN EMPTY WALLET.

Edit: lip, sideskirts, and rear bumper need to be painted.

My one and only problem is a scary one. When my car was originally purchased(I bought from the original owner), it was damaged in shipping. A hole was put in the bottom of the car(right where the drivers side seat bolts closest to the rear of the door). They fixed it, but this seems to be coming back to haunt me. I went to unbolt my seats to put in some leather S14's and well, lets just say an entire rusty chunk of sheet metal was spinning along with the bolt I was wrenching on. It's gonna get fixed this weekend though. I just bought the car so it is the first thing on my list.

Everything else is absolutely perfect. Even the HUD. The old KA24E actually runs quite well too!

JVD.

- a bunch of cosmetic shit... cracked dash, dented quarter panel, lots of dings and scratches
- exhaust rattles against subframe sometimes
- ka.. 4 of 13 valve cover bolts were stripped = oil leaks down the timing cover like it's puking on itself
- ka makes a strange strange noise at 3000-3100 rpm hmmm
- still have a PS leak somewheres
- rack boots are shot
- no carpet + vegas heat = melted "sound deadener" on shoes
- 150hp ka = teh suck. The rb needs to hurry up and install itself already....

the 180sx:

Blown turbine (have replacement - too lazy to install)
Rainwater leaks into cabin from somewhere. fucking Lake Ichisan.
carpet ripped out of drivers side only because of that.
Wiring under dash is ratty (fixed!!!)
Aero is all fucked up
stupid bolt from test pipe fell out last Sunday (fixed!!!)
rusty area near one of the mounting points for rollbar
shoddy wiring job on kouki taillamps
various clunks and creaks
rear tires going straight to hell (fixed!!! put lisa's wheels on.. )
has a tendency to idle low and stall when stopping
suffers from 'ONLY HOT AIR' syndrome
electronic boost controller is fucked up (fixed!!!) removed...
transmission is crap, and clutch is on it's way out

Good points:
starts and runs fine every time *knocking on wood*
has a functional radio now (woohooo!!!)
all the lights work like they should (95% of the time)
I can still drive it
it gets better fuel economy than the Subaru
the brakes work pretty damn well (front ones anyway)

My 240sx:
needs rear Z32 brake conversion finished
needs suspension
needs wheels (stock S15 = fail)
needs rear interior reinstalled and battery relocated to front
needs different front seats
needs 3.6 final drive (S15 helical diff would be cool too)
needs sideskirts painted and for me to find rear valences
needs peeling clearcoat fixed, in addition to some dents.
engine hasn't been run in a long time

-when my car was stock. some dumb fuck stoled my stock deck like an idiot. took the two things that holds up the deck. now my cd player is hanging loose.

-master cylinder is leaking i believe cuz everytime my car gets parked for a long period of time brake peddle goes all the way in.

- clutch, but getting installed tomorrow.

- no o2 sensor, cuz of some stupid aftermarket turbo elbow. in need of a 95 z32 sensor. gas prices are ridiculous.

-tow truck towed my car when the clutch fucked up on me, and i wasn't there to take off the bumper, so now my s15 origin bumper is cracked in the middle! : (

-hkb hub won't come off for shit because my friends little brother clocked it in wrong and he forgot to grease the hub the dumb fuck. now i drive the car with the steering wheel tilted while going straight.

-one of my dampening setting needle thing for my front coilover is missing due to some dumb fuck that didn't tell me about it.

-stripped my greddy oil pan bolt, so now i use teflon tape so the sucker won't leak.

- bushings are worn out, definately need to replace.

i think that's about it. : (
