These are not warped and in virtually perfect condition. One of the flaps has a tiny cut but it doesn't go all the way through. Additionally, one flap the metal plate is a little gnarly but it doesn't affect fitment or mounting. Other than that they are in great shape.

Top right shows deformed/bent plate. It DOES NOT affect fitment, just throw a washer over it.

Front right in picture is one with small cut/gouge
