My brakes don't work, pedal to the floor, no sign of leak

My E30 has an S14 SR20 swap from the last owner and the master cylinder seems like its from an S13.

I left my E30 for a couple of weeks in the parking lot and when I decided to take it for a spin as soon as I hit the brakes they just sunk to the floor and the E30 slowed down very gradually.

Also there is hardly any travel left for the brakes before they hit the floor.

The brake fluid is between the minimum and maximum. I can't find any brake fluid leaks. I tried pressing the brakes while the car was off to leak fluid but nothing came out.

Any ideas what it could be?

If it is the master cylinder. Can a noob replace it?

sounds like the master cylinder has air in it.. a seal somewhere is leaking/gone.. might be an internal seal in the master cylinder.

Is the peddle hard to press when the car is off? If not, the booster probably said,
"F-you!".

A Noob can do anything if he's willing and has the brains. Not many of us came out of our mom's twat holding a wrench and a screwdriver.
