There's at least 3 different bolts on the "rear axles". If you're talking about the small (14mm?) nuts/bolts that connect the axles to the output shafts, I'd say, as much as you can get with a couple of combo wrenches, at least 35ft-lbs. If you're talking about the large nut that holds the axle in the hub (26mm?) I don't have a specific torque value - at least 50ft-lbs though - because it uses a 'castle nut' and locking pin. Just get it tight enough so the 'castle nut' fits on, and you can put the pin in there.
