thanks for all the complements guys, I'm not a big fan of crazyness, the goal was to make it fun quick and look like Nissan put it there, but a front mount is on its way. I made that heat shield in my shop with some spare SS I had laying around, works 20 times better than I ever thought it would have.
the exhaust is custom down pipe, high flow cat, and HKS Hiper catback. as for the interior I keep'd it clean...

I just like it. Do something about that side mount though!!! I'm not talking about going to a front mount but just to a thicker/larger more efficent sidemount.

Going with a front mount will eliminate that 'stock-ness' you have in the bay. Also, it'll be visible from up front. I think you should keep the set-up the way it is.

is there any upgrade to a sidemount? I kinda wanna know for my plans, but the zenki bumper is giving me problems with how to provide enough flow to anything that's side-mounted

Good looking car!!!
More or less my kind of setup Cheap, functional and well done. As for the intercooler, you can run a water intercooler or use water injection. In my opinion, if it run good, reliable and fast, leave it like that. Or make some ducting to help the intercooler. |

yeah more than likely a front mount wouldn't come until next summer when it would be more needed, as for now the side mount is staying, I love it that no one knows my car is turbo charged. As for the final tab, more or less around 800, tunning included. $800-> +70rwhp and +100rwtq ---->I'm happy!
Thanks again for all the complements, I'm glad to see there are more people out there that are for the more sedate sleeper look.

Those things are poopy too. DSM sidemounts are pretty thick from the 2nd gen's. I would honestly make my own side mount and then make some trick ass ducting for that thing. Still cost less than a fmic. Possibly do some sort of water sparyer/co2 or something onto it too.
