So when the car is cold the steering is a little hard but when I drive for a little it turns well up until you try to get it to full lock.

Turning more than 1 whole rotation seems as if the power steering isn't there and it also has kinks in it(goes soft then hard and soft and hard)

I have bled the system like 3 times and tried 2 different power steering pumps and it still the same problem.The rack doesn't seem to be leaking though either but I'm just going to replace it.

Suggestions?

Ok changed the steering rack and pinion and it still gets hard when your start to go towards full lock. As if I only have partial power steering
