I currently have an s13 with an rb20det swap and I'm in need of some radiator fans. I only have roughly 2 inches between my harmonic balancer/ power steering pulley and my radiator, so I can't run a conventional electric fan and shroud to pull air through the radiator.

So to solve this problem I thought I could put the fans infront of the radiator, but keep the shroud behind the radiator. I'm not sure if this will work like I think it will, but it might be better than running no shroud at all.

Has anybody tried this? Do you guys think it will work?
