Compatible Fuel Pump Hats? S13

Anyone know what if any other fuel tank top hats work in an S13 tank?

Q45, J30, etc?

Im sure you could swap over the potentiometer/fuel level sensor, from that datsun pickup sending unit. And swap it to your existing fuel sending unit.

There a reason you don't want to get an s13 one? Are you trying to do this on the cheap?

A new S13 one is $500 and people want +$200 for used ones in worse condition then mine.

I ended up pulling a J30's pump and snagging the float off it for $5.
Got it swapped over, just need to soder.

it is, but to anyone interested, just remember it does not come with a new float mechanism for the fuel gauge. That needs to be used from the original oem assembly. Other then that, it's the sneaky pete of in tank fuel systems. Very nice that they give you the option of using AN fittings, or traditional rubber fuel line.

I just saw this on sammits channel. I wish they had a float integration.

But truthfully, I've ridden motorcycles for awhile now, never relied on fuel gauge. Just mileage.....

I saw a guy recently use a D21 pickup and trim the vertical tubes shorter.

I was going to mention D21. Some modification required, but should fit like factory.
