Looking around for a s13 hatch and need a few pointers. What are some pros and cons that I should be looking for? (I appreciate all the help, thank you.)

have lots of money to spend on a fixing the entire car because all 240s are now restoration projects and they all usually require about $4500-$7000 worth of work initially just to make them "decent".
