SR Hybrid Valve Cover Help

Hey everyone. I am in the process of getting everything together to have Brian make me a hybric vc. I have a quick question though. Once the black box is removed from my redtop, can I just connect the line to the fitting on the back of the notch top vc? Or do I have to make a new line? I can't really see where it goes. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

There are 2 ports on the exhaust side of the S14/5 VC. One in the back for the block and one in the front for the intake. You would hook the line up to the back like you suggested.

Up from the dead.

Im about to be running a Hybrid Valve Cover on my Sr.
Are the valve cover gaskets the same between the S13 and S14 Valver covers? (valve cover & coil tube seals?)

Also, Ive heard rumors that when switching from the flat S13 valve cover to the S13/S14 Hybrid, the coils need to be switched out for S14 coils. Does anyone know if this is true? or is it not true and I can still use the S13 coil packs. Thanks for the help!

s13 and s14 coil packs are interchangeable.

And for hybrid vc, you should use s13 valve cover gaskets.
