Question hey, i've got some questions. can you help out?

im finally starting to tear into my '90 240sx.ka24e
my questions are this
1-is there anywhere i can download a fsm chapter dealing with head removal, this thing is puking coolant and the headgasket need replacing and id like to do it right the first time.

2- id like manual steering, do i have to find a manual rack or can i simple remove al power steering components and close everything off ? and can anyone point me in the direction on how to have a tighter ratio for better steering response.

3- id like to remove all unnecesary item from this car, the air conditioning is coming out soon. possibly powersteering depending on the answers i get above.
is there anythign else i can remove in this engine bay that is unnecessary.

please no theory guys, just proven things if youve done them and what the result and experience were
this car will be nice, just need to get it in order finally
thank you for the help
