I took a couple of pictures and these are lines that aren't connected. Can anyone, ANYONE identify what the part is and where its connected to?

You need to read the FSM a little more.

and get your foocking numbering striaght there are 4 # 5s

believe 1,2,3 are all coming off the intake manifolds which at least one of them connects to # 4 which is your fuel pressure regulator
one of these also goes to egr valve

# 5 think it goes to pcv valve (the first # 5)
if this doesnt go to pcv valve i think it goes to brake booster, meaning your third vaccum flange coming of the intake manifold would go to pcv valve

I just replaced all my vacuum lines with silicone hoses and this link helped me identify everything.
