You can ripp it out if your using another boost controller
the Engine uses that sensor to maintain stock boost levels

apparently the sr runs at 11psi stock with that thing installed. i have never seen that myself, and i always thought sr was 7.5psi stock... leave it in and see for yourself

There are two things in the stock SR. The boost pressure sensor near the TB and there is also the wastegate valve controll solenoid connected to the wastegate (boost controller). Take both of them out? or just the boost solenoid?
