First off- When in doubt, ask for an age. If you're still not sure, then don't touch it. It's better to let that questionably-aged girl pass you by than to end up being questionably-gay in jail.
Second- he's a dirty old man. Don't give me that I'm-playing-my-TV-role crap. Again, it doesn't matter if you're famous or rich or whatever, you still don't have the right to break the law. Regardless of the age, it ain't right to grope chicks that obviously didn't want to be groped. If they were underage, and they didn't mind it, then they wouldn't have reported him to the authorities. On that point, whether they were underage or not, they didn't want what he was doing, and they would have reported him anyway and he still would be takin his greasy, cock-eyed ass to jail anyway. Who wants to be groped by that dirty old man anyway? Ew.
