Hit a curb, front alignment way off. Help
Need to get this to my alignment shop which is about 10 miles away, however i smashed a curb and my passenger front tire is way out of toe.
With my steering wheel straight my driveer wheel is straight, but the passenger is like point off to the right. I believe i know which rod to adjust, but want to make sure i am correct. I believe the tie-rod(correct me if wrong) that is behind the front tire has adjustable nuts, and as long as i adj it so its close. it should be ok to drive to my align shop. Am i correct? im pretty pissed i hit this stupid curb, fucked up my nice xxr's =(

Get another tie rod, even the toe out atleast with measuring tape. Measure the front of the wheels across and do the same behind at roughly the same height. The closer they are to even, the closer your toe is to 0. Your steering wheel wont be straight but atleast you can drive the car without murdering your front tires.

I got a free alignment at sears once cause they couldn't get the steering wheel straight. Lucky me. The alignment was perfect after that.
