My driver's side door sags like crazy (I can barely close it) and I need to fix that.

Here's my bottom hinge

Here's the top hinge

I've read that you need to take the front left fender off to get to the bolts, is that true?

Take fender off, replace hinges, consider going on a hunt for rust, win...
